Professional Customer Due Diligence for gatekeepers

CDD desk is a KYC/CDD compliance platform for regulated gatekeepers — notaries, lawyers, accountants, real-estate professionals and similar obliged entities. This page is the public homepage of the Gatekeeper portal: the workspace where invited professionals manage client due diligence. This is the application that uses Google Sign-In.

Who this application is for

Access is limited to people who work for a gatekeeper organisation that has a contract with CDD desk (TrustXChange). Each organisation receives its own workspace. New users are invited by their organisation administrator or by CDD desk. There is no open public registration for consumers.

What the Gatekeeper portal does

Create and manage CDD cases (dossiers) for clients and counterparties.
Invite clients to complete questionnaires and upload supporting documents.
Review answers, extracted registry data and workflow status with the compliance team.
Invite colleagues in the same organisation and control who may act on a case.

Why we offer Google Sign-In

We use Google only as an identity provider so invited professionals can sign in with a work Google account they already use. CDD desk requests the standard Sign-In scopes (name, email address and profile picture). We use that information solely to create or recognise the user account, attach it to the correct organisation, and show the user’s name in the portal. We do not read Gmail, Drive, Calendar or Contacts. We do not post to Google on the user’s behalf. We do not use Google data for advertising.
